If you are mailing the gift certificate TO YOURSELF to give away, PLEASE send an email to spoonfulrecordsohio@gmail.com with the TO and FROM names. We hand write the names on the certificates.
If you wish us to mail the gift certificate to the recipient, we will use the names in the billing and shipping addresses you provide at checkout.
